Health Care Services Volunteer professionals provide outpatient services on a scheduled basis. We ask that all persons who would like to be seen to visit the Clinic Monday – Friday to pick up an application and to make an eligibility appointment. Patients must provide proof of residence in Hillsborough County, identification, and proof of Household income.  Household income must fall between 100% and 200% of Federal Poverty Level.  Patients who do not meet the above eligibility guidelines will be addressed on a case by case basis, or referred to an alternate source for their needs.  Further information regarding eligibility can be found by clicking here.  Services offered include: Diagnostic and primary medical treatment Eye care (Including eyeglasses for donation) Emergency dental treatment (Simple extractions only) Asthma & Allergy Dermatology Gynecology Pediatrics Podiatry Licensed Pharmacy Hepatitis C Screening Dietitian Endocrinology Cardiology Nutritionist Neurology ENT Urology Occasionally, a patient's needs exceed clinic capability. The patient is then referred to an appropriate specialist and/or facility and is seen at no charge.
