Mission Statement In the belief that we should do justly, love mercy, and walk humbly with our God, the Judeo Christian Health Clinic provides free, quality, timely, and compassionate health care to the medically indigent residents of the Tampa Bay area who have no other resources for their health care needs. “Monsignor Laurence Higgins cordially invites you to join him in the 2008 Judeo Christian Health Clinic Testimonial dinner on April 10, 2008. But for many others - those ineligible for government assistance but unable to afford private care - medical services are simply out of reach. In 1972, a group of Tampa citizens realized that thousands of medically indigent people were going without adequate health care, resulting in needless physical and emotional suffering. Resolving to do something to help, they founded the Judeo Christian Health Clinic. Today, the clinic provides free, quality care to thousands of people each year. Located behind St. John's Presbyterian Church in Tampa, the clinic houses an increasingly sophisticated array of medical, dental and optometric facilities and equipment. It is the largest and most comprehensive free clinic in the Southeastern United States. As part of ongoing Fund Raising efforts to support the clinic, we invite your participation in the Hillsborough County Sherriff's fishing tournament to be held Saturday, May 17th, 2008. Proceeds from the tournament will benefit our clinic.
